Inner Circle Applications
Every application submitted from the Donor Portal lands here the moment the member applies. Approving an application is a review decision — it does not mean payment has been received. Paid benefits activate only when a verified payment is recorded under Inner Circle.
Inner Circle Payments & Membership Management
$500 / month. This ledger holds real, verified membership payments and the memberships they activate. The rails are self-custody crypto and bank transfer, so a caregiver verifies the actual transfer — recording an Approved payment is the only way a membership activates or advances. Approving an application (IC Applications tab) is a separate review step and never activates paid benefits on its own. Donations and this ledger stay completely separate.
Record a membership payment
Verify the actual transaction first, then enter it here. An Approved payment activates / advances the membership by one month; Pending, Failed and Refunded are recorded without activating. The reason is stored as the audit note.

Commission rates
Applied automatically when a commission is recorded. Set a rate to 0 to disable a programme. These are administrative settings — a donation is never a commission basis.
Earnings are only ever paid from verified commercial transactions, approved sponsorship agreements or completed contractual work.
